Hi, I'm Natalie!

I used to have period cramps that landed me in the ER and would frequently wake up with anxiety, crash in the middle of the day, and think headaches and bloating were just a normal part of life.

I tried all the diets - was Vegan for 10 years (that did a number on my hormones. I didn’t ovulate for years!).

I also played around with intermittent fasting, Paleo, AIP, and Pro-Metabolic.

And nothing really helped that much - and the pro-metabolic thing made me gain like 30lbs.

What I discovered works is actually much simpler than any of these approaches.

And it works.

I no longer have painful periods or PMS, my cycles are regular and I have clear fertile signs.
